Fly chasing with a connectome constrained visual system
=======================================================

Our simulated fly chases another fly on a complex terrain. The chased fly is detected using the simulated responses of visual neurons. Visual neurons responses are simulated using the connectome constrained neural network constructed in `Lappalainen et al. 2023 <https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.03.11.532232>`_.
